Turnrow is a free agricultural calculator hub for US farmers and ranchers. Every tool on this site is designed to answer one question fast: on your phone, in the truck, before a banker meeting, or during calving season at midnight. No login. No download. No Excel.
The problem we kept running into
University extension offices have the right information, but it lives in PDFs, Excel downloads, and tools that do not work on a phone. When a rancher is trying to figure out when his Angus heifer is due to calve — or when a doe should kid or a ewe should lamb — he should not need to download a spreadsheet to do it.
Farm loan calculators on bank websites are generic and often require creating an account just to see a payment estimate. A farmer comparing two lenders needs to run numbers fast and share them with his wife or his ag lender, not create a login to do basic math.
We built Turnrow to fill that gap. Free tools, built for the way farmers actually work: on their phone, often in poor signal, with one hand, in a hurry. Every calculator is designed to deliver a result in under 10 seconds and be shareable in two taps.

Every tool on Turnrow is free. No trial period, no basic vs. premium bait-and-switch. We may add a Pro tier for power users in the future, but the core tools will always be free.
Built for your phone
Every calculator is tested on a 375px screen first. If it does not work in a truck cab with one hand, it does not ship. Numeric keyboards, big tap targets, readable results.
No account required
We do not ask for your email before you calculate. We do not require a login. You get your answer and you go. Optionally, you can save or email your results, but we will never make you register to use the tools.

Turnrow gives farmers and ranchers free, instant calculators for every decision that matters, from calving dates to crop breakevens to farm loans, no downloads, no logins, no nonsense.
We're based in Oklahoma. Agriculture is the backbone of this state and these communities. We built Turnrow because we think the information that Extension offices, ag lenders, and university researchers have figured out should be freely available to every farmer, not locked in a spreadsheet or behind a login wall.

Frequently asked questions
Is Turnrow really free?
Yes. All calculators are free with no account required. We may add a Pro tier in the future with advanced features, but the core tools will always be free.
Who builds and maintains Turnrow?
Turnrow is built and maintained by a small team based in Oklahoma. We're not affiliated with any bank, lender, university, or agricultural company. The tools are independent and the math is our own.
How accurate are the calculators?
Our gestation calculators use breed-specific averages from extension and industry sources — cattle (283-day industry average), goats (150/145 days by breed type), and sheep (147-day default with breed overrides). Our farm loan calculator uses standard amortization formulas identical to those used by FSA and commercial ag lenders. Results are estimates. Always verify with your veterinarian or lender before making decisions.
Can I suggest a new calculator?
Yes. Use the Suggest a Tool form and we read every submission. Several tools currently in development came directly from farmer requests.
Do you sell my data?
No. On the live site we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for traffic measurement (US visitors only). If you submit a contact or other form, that information is sent through Formspree so we can reply. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
